My art evokes multiple locations simultaneously as a way to visualize the impact and accumulation of experiences tied to those places.  After making an initial arrangement of shapes (derived from floorplans, city boundaries, and abstracted interior and exterior views), I then repeatedly modify and layer additional imagery, allowing the process to determine the final complex image.  Elements of revision, harmony, dissonance, and space become meditations on the process of navigating one’s history and current identity.
